Chanaka Dissanayake

Chanaka is a Certified Tourism Specialist in Germany (Geprüfter Tourismusfachwirt – IHK) and a young entrepreneur who has gained a deep knowledge of the Tourism industry by completing his BSc. Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Sabaragamuwa Sri Lanka. In addition, he has completed a diploma in Airline Ticketing, Marketing, and Reservations. Also, he has gained good knowledge in German Language proficiency from Goethe Institute. His passion is traveling & exploring new destinations. He has started his career with Travel Trade Business in Sri Lanka and also he worked in Malawi, Africa as the Head of Tours. Chanaka has worked in Tourism & Hospitality trade for more than a decade.
Chanaka also has a deep knowledge of all aspects of hotel operation. Currently, he works in the hotel sector in Germany and has worked in several Sri Lankan and African hotels. All his knowledge and experience assist in ensuring that the guests and clients are happy and satisfied. Ultimately, his goal is to achieve customer satisfaction by making them feel that the whole experience exceeded their expectations.
Manoj Thushara Sampath
Managing Director
Sampath is a graduate of Food & Beverage Management, and he started his career with the leading five star hotels in Sri Lanka. Climbing from the bottom and up the ladder to become Food & Beverage Manager, he has indeed shown that hospitality is his passion. Sampath has worked in the hospitality trade for twenty years and gained experience in several overseas hotels. He has obtained excellent knowledge and even hidden secrets of the hospitality trade, thus achieving higher customer satisfaction. This has also given him an advantage in all aspects of the Food & Beverage department.
However, Sampath strives to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the holiday and makes it his responsibility to ensure excellent quality and standards in all the hotels during the tour program and afterward. After all, hygiene and well-being allow for the satisfaction of the customer. Healthiness and happiness will lend for an enjoyable Leisure Tour which will significantly enhance the whole experience for our customers. Exceeding the expectation of the guests will give ultimate job satisfaction and ‘peace of mind.’
CHANDIMA DISSANAYAKE

Chandima has completed the Four Year Management Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. He has worked with several star-class hotels in Sri Lanka during his Diploma and afterward. Also, he has deep knowledge about the travel and tourism sector. He started his career in the travel sector as a tour consultant, and he has been promoted to head of operation in leading travel agents in Sri Lanka. Chandima has worked for nearly seven years in the Travel and Hospitality sector.
Chandima is a multitalented young man with good knowledge and experience in both Travel & Hotel sectors. He always introduces new products and experiences to our customers and satisfies them beyond their expectations. He has good knowledge and understands how to make clients happy & satisfied from the experience he gained in the Travel & Hotel Sector. Chandima believes that the customer will make happy & meet their expectation by providing excellent service, and they will be Loyal to us.
