Availability at hotels is subject to confirmation of the tour and travel dates.
Children 4 Years and +11 months and younger are complementary when accompanied by a paying adult. (No extra bed – Share with parents’bed)
Children between 5 years to 11 years +11 months are 50% off from adult meal rate & entrance ticket price when accompanied by a paying adult.(No extra bed – Share with parents’ bed)
Children 12yrs & above at adult rate.
Extra beds on request at extra cost.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All prices include prevailing Government taxes. Any increases thereon or any new taxes or levies, statutory or otherwise introduced in the future shall be passed on as applicable. In the same manner, if there should be any reduction of taxes statutory or otherwise these shall be passed on accordingly.
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and we do not accept any liability for any damages to luggage. Anything found left behind in our vehicle, by our regulation, will be retained for 3 months before being dispose of. Any food items we will dispose of immediately.
Cancellation Policy
30 Days prior to the scheduled starting date: No Cancellation Fee
29-14 Days prior to the scheduled starting date: 50% Cancellation Fee
13-08 Days prior to the scheduled starting date: 75% Cancellation Fee
Within 07 days prior to the scheduled starting date: 100% Cancellation Fee
No Shows – 100% Cancellation Fee
Payment Policy
Please note we require 50% of the payment on confirmation and the balance 2 weeks prior to arrival or the full payment can be settled on confirmation.
